This Policy sets out how personal data of users of reeel.dev and the REEEL service is processed and protected, under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

2. What data we process

—
contact data: e-mail address, name if given;
—
account data: login, encrypted password;
—
content you send to the service (prompt texts, project files);
—
technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies, activity on the site;
—
payment data is handled by the payment provider — we neither receive nor store it.

3. Purposes

—
registration and sign-in, granting access to the service;
—
performing the contract — delivering the REEEL service;
—
contacting users and support, including cancellation and refund requests;
—
improving the service and analytics — only with cookie consent;
—
meeting legal requirements.

4. Legal grounds

Consent of the data subject, performance of the contract with the user, and the requirements of Russian law.

5. Cookies and analytics

reeel.dev uses necessary cookies without which it does not work. Analytics cookies are loaded only after your consent. The account area at console.reeel.dev carries no third-party counters and no session recording: it sits on its own domain precisely so that foreign scripts cannot reach your session data.

Analytics is provided by Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC, Russia). After your consent it receives your IP address, device and browser details, the addresses of the pages you view and the referrer, and stores its own cookies in your browser (_ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc).

Session Replay (Webvisor) is turned on in Metrica: it records what you do on reeel.dev pages — mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and work with forms — so that we can see where the site is awkward. The recordings are available only to us and are used only to improve the site.

Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) is used as well. After your consent it receives device and browser details, the addresses of the pages you view, the referrer and an approximate location derived from your IP address, and stores its own cookies in your browser (_ga, _ga_8E7P7WTSXP).

Without consent neither the counter nor the recording starts. Your choice is kept in the browser for one year. To withdraw consent, delete the site data of reeel.dev in your browser settings: the banner will ask again.

6. Retention

Personal data is kept no longer than the purposes require: until consent is withdrawn or the account is deleted, while documents evidencing payments are kept for 5 years as accounting law requires.

7. Sharing with third parties

We share data with the hosting provider Yandex Cloud (Russia), with the payment provider as far as a payment requires, with the web analytics services Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC, Russia) and Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) — only with your consent to analytics cookies — and with cloud AI model providers — only if you use a cloud model. Local models run on your device and send nothing out.

8. Localisation and cross-border transfer

Initial collection, recording, organisation, accumulation and storage of personal data of Russian citizens use databases located in the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfer happens only on lawful grounds: with your consent to analytics cookies, visit data is transferred to Google LLC in the USA.

9. Your rights

You may obtain information about the processing of your data, require it to be corrected, blocked or erased, and withdraw your consent. Write to support@reeel.dev.

10. Data protection

We apply organisational and technical safeguards: access control, encryption in transit and for stored passwords, and backups.

11. Changes to this policy

A new revision is published on this page with its date and takes effect on publication.
